Our cooking school is an unashamed attempt to lure you to come and stay with us, but is quite fun and passes a couple of rainy hours if need be. But you will have some fun, and the book is something to read on the ferry back home !
The gourmet evenings are when Peter gets serious about his cooking, dons his newly bought chef’s uniform, and takes himself back to when he attended cookery schools in Italy. We think you will like what he learned!
